The male singer(shiren) is their band founder, lead guitarist and main composer. Because his arm was injured at that time, he couldn't play for a long time on the show. So his guitar part was replaced by a violinist(jill) in some songs.

The song is about someone who has died and re-awoken as a vampire. Fuki is singing from the side that want to hold on to their humanity, and Shiren is singing from the vampire side wanting them to drink from someone so they can become fully awake.
The bit at the end is them thanking people for coming and asking if they are enjoying themselves. You may have also heard the word "Ankimo" used a bit as it is the short name of the band, and one they use in Japan. Ankimo is also the name of a food dish, which Fuki likes, the reason for the short name comes from a game they have in Japan.
Personally for me the next song you should try is [ Official Live Video ] Unlucky Morpheus - 「奇子 ~ Unknown Child」czcams.com/video/VUV-K_hg7Zg/video.html
But if you'd like to see how good the band are without fuki, they did a side project called "QUADRATUM From Unlucky Morpheus", which is just 4 members, and they did covers of classic rock/metal instrumetals. Here is the live recording they did of 2 of the tracks, the 1st as you may know is verry short. 【Live Cover】Eruption(Van Halen) ~ The Dance of Eternity(Dream Theater) czcams.com/video/XC2A1hbuLmI/video.html
And I must say if you think Jill (violinn) is good now, that will change after this video, and in a good way, because she is world class.

I think you will come to enjoy Fuki's vocals the more you listen. Shiren is a great guitarist and songwriter but I am not a fan of his harsh vocals. When he does short bursts of harsh vocals to contrast with Fuki, it sounds really good. When he does more than that, as he does in this song, I think he starts to struggle a bit. That is my only criticism of this song which otherwise is great. On your first Unlucky Morpheus reaction, I suggested Black Pentagram and provided a link. I also suggested a song called Take My Chance by a band called Doll$Boxx that also has Fuki as the vocalist. I hope both are on your list.
I have another suggestion. If you want to hear this band without Fuki's vocals, four of the members - Jill(violin), Fumiya (drums), Jinya (guitar), Ogawa (bass) - have a side project called Quadratum. There is a video of Jill playing Eddie Van Halen's Eruption followed by their cover of Dream Theater's The Dance of Eternity. A fantastic performance by all especially Jill who is absolutely amazing - czcams.com/video/XC2A1hbuLmI/video.html

I think there is some confusion here. 'Falsetto' is a vocal technique where you go into a pure 'head voice' tone to hit higher notes than your normal vocal range. I think what you are referring to is 'Vibrato', which is where you modulate your voice by controlling your air flow in such a way that the notes seem to waver. The speed, and length of the waver is controllable, and in Japanese traditional music, the kind Fuki's mother sang, they often use a waver with a very slow and wide frequency. Totally opposite from say, Tony Bennett, with a very short and narrow waver. Also, traditional Japanese music uses a different musical scale, so some of the notes can sound dissonant to our Western ears. Fuki actually uses different levels of vibrato in her songs, and can change it to fit the style of the band she is singing with. That is why she is VERY desired as a singer in Japan, and has recorded with over 50 different bands. The Master of Japanese vocal techniques is Yuko Suzuhana, of the Wagakki Band, and she teaches it at University. Wagakki band melds modern Metal instruments with traditional Japanese folk instruments in a truly unique and beautiful way.
