I think cities think its useless information to post somce no one knows how to ask. It would help us track down the department we need ans how each pne correlates to the others. So we dont get a run around every time.!
Not to mention it would be easy to just look at the posted Block Diagram to find the name of any offending public servant ( if anyone ever posted it).. so many auditors just spin their wheels trying to get names of recalcitrant servants.

your comment makes no soense, but those offices do have a process on moving information and documents, when you enter any public building there is a information desk you can go there explain why your there and then they will guide you to the floor anfd office you require, it doesnt take a genius to work it out.

Yes! They are playing on our dime. This is where the corruption in Washington starts, this is the breeding ground for the pocket lining and gifts and graft starts! If they can get away with it at the local level, why not on a federal level? I know of a guy that built his house via the courtesy of the city, buying the materials, using city equipment on the weekends etc. he got caught and had to make restitution, without his city job!

George gives positive attention and praise to model and transparent government servants. His channel is NOT just about exposing employees who aren't doing their jobs in the scope of the public's interests. George makes an excellent attempt to highlight employees doing a good job, too. I also admire George's attempt to educate (in a very respectful way) without spoon-feeding employees as to what they should already know. It would be easy for George to breeze in and tout this and that. That isn't his style, which is why he is a first-rate, professional citizen auditor. I wish George lived in my state. I would vote for him as governor!
Block diagrams = Organization Chart I don't believe they are familiar with that term 😉. Based on the videos I have watched 95% do not lol lol lol. "Blocks" and "Subdivisions" are usually associated with neighborhoods. Looking forward to future follow-up visits making sure they are compliant.
Does the statute define what is a block diagram with functional subdivisions or does that term appear in a section in the statute which gives it context? ... On its own it is covers a wide array of processes, administrative and / or engineering diagrams (all in the form of interconnected data blocks) ... The real issue you are highlighting is failure of the Governmental system to implement (especially training) in the mandated measures to ensure transparency and accountability ... In short, use convoluted terms in statutes and don't give those expected to implement statutory requirements the necessary skills 🇭🇲

I think he is merely seeking acknowledgement for a job that we should all be doing in our own states. If the AG truly stands behind the words in the statues, then why isn't he making more of an effort to follow-up with citizens like George?
