Cameron employs a very easy-listening presentation. Just enough relevant detail without overwhelming the senses. His is a great perspective, obviously based on experience. Well done.

    You mean central Europe right?

  • @henningbartels6245

It feels very anachronistic to call these countries Eastern Europe still after so many years. Its same with calling Salzburg and Venice Western Europe. The last would definitely be Southern Europe, while the rest is Central Europe for sure. I tell you why: all a tourist observes there: architecture, landscapes, town layout, historical sites have clearly characteristics.

If you can, do stretch it to 7 days, with a day trip to the city, Pecs, to see the Zsolnay porcelain museums and 4th century Christian tombs.

Alphonse Mucha's Slav Epic has 20 paintings in total, each with a height of either 4 or 6 metres (approx 12 or 19 feet).
Hopefully, more tourists go view them in Prague, so that they are not loaned out to overseas museums, risking damage.

you have compared hungarian language to other slavic languages, it's obvious that language from the same group are similar - polish and czech (slavic), english and german (germanic), spanish and italian (romance), I think you should compare hugarian to almost any other european language, becouse hungarian is not from indo-european group of languages, like slavic, germanic or romance languages

It's like doing a presentation about Washington, New York and Boston and insisting that these places are located in Southern states. The Czech Republic is in Europe or more specifically in Central Europe (culturally, economically and geographically) . It's NOT located in Eastern, Western, Northern or Southern Europe or anywhere else. If you Anglo-Saxons want to make a presentation about our region please educate yourself a bit next time.

I find it extremely offensive that you are so dismissive of the communist era, and by extension of socialist and communist values. What are we to assume? That capitalism is the inevitable, far superior economic system? While that may be your personal opinion, be aware that there are large numbers of people suffering under out of control corporatist and neoliberal capitalist practices. Maybe your politics should not be so apparent. I won't watch the rest of this talk.

"That capitalism is the inevitable, far superior economic system?"
      Inevitable? No
      The best possible? No
Far superior? Absolutely. I'm Polish, I was born after the iron curtain has fallen, but basically all of my family remembers the communist times. I heard many stories.
      It was grim.
