Tom Dempsey had half a foot. Can’t really fault the guy for missing that many XPA. His half a foot is also why he held the longest FG record for almost 40 years.
Matt - "wtf a 10 yarder that's not even supposed to be possible" 12:31 Goal posts were originally kept on the goal lines, but after they began to interfere with play, they moved back to the end lines in 1927, where they have remained in college football ever since. The National Football League moved the goal posts up to the goal line again in 1933, then back again to the end line in 1974.
@@evanmedcraft8929 “Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre's first NFL completion was to himself. On Sept. 13, 1992 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Favre's pass deflected off a defender's helmet and landed right back in his hands.” Hahaha based off the video it should have been an interception
@@stevenheidt8510 I think both may be true lmao: "Back when he was still a member of the Atlanta Falcons, Favre threw an interception on his first career passing attempt. This tipped ball actually ended up being a pick-six." Makes me wonder how this man ever had a career at all
I think the Dorset and Harris fumble record is super skewed because they didn’t have the same access to replays as we do today. I wouldn’t be surprised if close to 50% of those would be overturned. Also,a qb averaging 3 picks a game and playing the whole year just shows how much more tolerant society was back then
i think when a team wants to get a superstar player in the next draft and they want to tank for him i think their goal should be to break all of these records
16:30 I feel like the Mailmen offense vs the Plumber defense would be the matchup to watch. I feel like the other side of the ball for both teams would just be so ass. Plumbers o line might be good but they’re probably gonna have 3 Kelvin Benjamins at receiver, and there’s no way the Mailmen get any pressure going against the Plumber o line. I think I’ll give it to the mailmen. I think they’d have the speed and the hands from handling packages all day to score on the slow ass Plumbers with ease. I’ll say Mailmen win 28-17.
10:22 “Fran tarkenton I’m pretty sure he was pretty good I feel like I’ve heard that name before” Literally a hall of fame qb for the Vikings As a Vikings fan I am offended by this It’s just a joke calm down
Those players you call "mailmen" and "plumbers" in the 1940s also fought in World War II, imagine preseason going overseas and fighting in France then coming home to play football.
The craziest thing, when the Lions and Redskins played in 1990, the score of that game was 41-38 Redskins, it was a very close game, I thought from seeing the total yard allowed that it was an absolute blowout, but no.
“David Carr, is he related to Derek Carr?” cmon matt
Mm casual
MMCasual
m m casual
Its a fair question if u dont know who david carr is lol relax

yup
Crazy to think about it too cause he once held the record for longest field goal and it was a long one for being back in the day
yeah, true
idgaf how many bad records i break if im making millions to do it 😭😭
Same
Yea but do you want to be remembered for setting/ breaking a bad record
@@jilliankoralewski8375 yes if I get millions to do it
@@jilliankoralewski8375better than not being remembered at all

Love u papa
29 likes and 0 comments lemme fix that😊
Thank you appreciate it 😊😊😊
Always a good day when papa uploads
Fr
Tom Brady has been sacked a few more times then Big Ben has. But it happened recently.
Miles Sanders got kinda close to that yards without a TD record. He had 912 yards in 2021 without scoring once
If he wasnt injured so much he wouldve broke it
Dionte Johnson had 882 this year with no TDs
interesting fact about Favre is that his very first pass was to himself.
Could have sworn that his first career NFL pass was a pick-6. Not much better tho

@@evanmedcraft8929 hahaha either way both facts are hilarious
First pass was intercepted first completed pass was to himself

has nothing to do with tolerance it’s cus there was not much competition back then
I think as of recently Tom Brady is now the most sacked QB 1:16
He is
When you play since B.C you are going to get sacked a lot
16:19 Basically a recreation of the CFB Championship Game between Georgia and TCU
0:52 is prolly the only record here that you can recover from.
12:42 moments like these make me question papa’s knowledge of football
15:15 Bert Bell became the commissioner
Love your video man
Meags, how do you not know the goal posts used to be closer 😂
Crazy thing about the 1962 Houston Oilers is that they went 11-3 and were the runner ups in the AFL Championship with their QB throwing 42 ints
thank for the upload papa, love u!!!!
"Why is it Canadian" 🤣
those mailmen have the endurance
Big papa always delivers
Bert Bell literally was the NFL commissioners for 13 years LMAO
Are u gonna live stream the draft this year? Love the videos
meags when is the last time you saw a safety? 5 in a season for one team is insane
I love when papa uploads
15:12
Wait till he finds out that Bert Bell WAS the commissioner
15:20 Bro Bert Bell was the commissioner 💀 💀 💀
George Blanda to the defense:
I got you bro👍
I love u papa I think u should also react to nba content as well as nfl
BANGER🔥🔥🔥
Mmcasual: “is he related to derrick Carr” lol
1:17 Tom Brady beat big bens record recently
Love you papa❤️
Papa meags keep up the great content
The intro to the vid is very funny cos Garret Wilson watches his vids lmao
Papa never fails to make my day better
4:08 bad for you maybe but not me😂😂😂
7:26 brett maher boutta break that 💀
Amazing vid papa love you
Saying I think I’ve heard of that guy when it was Frank tarkenton was a certified mmcasual moment
Papa if one of us make it to the nfl we got you
Should do this but for college football
papa we need natty champ meme video 🙌🏻
Give me a season or two in franchise mode and I’ll have these records
1:15 this record was stolen from Tom Brady, and as a Steelers fan I am very happy😁😁
W for the NFL throwback reaction
im glad MMG saw the good side about the vikings playoff losses
Matt you should react to weirdest/worst nfl jerseys
i think when a team wants to get a superstar player in the next draft and they want to tank for him i think their goal should be to break all of these records
Love you papa❤
2:04 you literally made a video about this game as a short on MMG live
2 things about the colts defense one. 1. In 1981 they played 16 games, not 14 so it was about 33.3 PPG. 2. Their point diff was -274💀💀
I thought knoone was gonna realize that
Yo MMG can you react to every teams longest play??
The most missed extra points in a career by mark Mosley the guy who won MVP
When I make the nfl the first person I’m thinking is MMG
As a Bucs fan that hurt
Brett Favre was really like “f it someone’s down there” who knows what team there on but someone is
EASILY be in the NFL and be on this list. Hell I'd take all the spots. Bring me my money

Yards from scrimmage without a td I feel like could he broken eventually, this season diontae Johnson had 882 yards from scrimmage and 0 tds
As a Browns fan I watched every damn game of that 0-16 season 😭💀
Me too brother
My boy mmg needs to sit down and do an nfl history study session bc some of these things r almost common knowledge
He also thought the quarterback sacked the most times in one game was about defensive players sacking the quarterback in one game
9:23 as a bills fan it is sad very sad 😢
Dak Prescott playing like George Blanda right now
-Joe Burrow on Big Bens most times sacked record
“And I took that personally”
Broke my ring finger yesterday and found out today made my day better
React to NFL throwbacks video on the NFL team history
Having these records would suck but still making the bank
Mail men bro. They’re always walkin
Bru u have to bring up the Minnesota Miracle
4:33 being a Bucs fan I remember that game. The Bucs still managed to lose in OT😭
Colts that gave up 533 pointe gave up 76 td’s
15:19 "He was havin sex with somebody... he was havin sex with the commissioner" Little does Matt know, he was the commissioner
10:22 “Fran tarkenton I’m pretty sure he was pretty good I feel like I’ve heard that name before”
Literally a hall of fame qb for the Vikings
As a Vikings fan I am offended by this
It’s just a joke calm down
Jameis Winston throws most passes so badly that the cornerbacks could call a free catch on it
be in the nfll every day of the week
It doesn’t get more casual than papa
It’s crazy how Dan Campbell was on the lions 0-16 now he is my making history with the Lions as the coach.
4:08 wdym, that Super Bowl was glorious to watch
MMG love you dawg but you gotta look at NFL history just a little bit
Another W
Burt Bell BECAME the commissioner. Also, Mark Mosley won an MVP award.
2:03 He’s a little wrong in saying the lions ain’t never going to the playoffs. They kind of went to the NFC championship game this year
On the Archie manning one why was the ff2 theme playing

to answer papas question, 100% be in the nfl & on that list cause that means i got the bag fr
Don’t worry. As a Browns fan, my dreams were already dead for decades now.
We’re wasting the prime of Nick Chubb and Myles Garett
@@henryallen3208 I hate the Haslems so fucking much.
Diontae Johnson got decently close to scrimmage yards without a td this year with 907
The shortest missed field goal will never be broken because the shortest field goal with todays NFL goal posts is ~17 yards.
“Looking like the current day Denver Broncos”… that hurt my feelings
Nah, the record for the fewest points scored in a Super Bowl should’ve been on here
As a Vikings fan the most playoff loss’s is painful
Bro you caused the biggest one of all time 😭
dionte johnson almost beat that most yards from scrimmage without scoring a TD. He was just under 900 yards receiving, no TDs.
My hopes and dreams are ruined
"Jamis Winston's not very good"
As a saints fan you just realized
16:30 Mailmen would be better because they gotta run from the truck to the house.
RIP Franco Harris🕊️

U can’t say that word
@Wyatt King I mean, you don't know what I look like
True
its funny how brett favre has the most tds but also the most ints
