Windows 🪟 is indeed known for complex computing, more sophisticated than Apple MacOS or Google ChromeOS. Windows were initially designed for Enterprises, even now, but such functions are also available in its Home or Pro packages.
They're literally opening up the windows of our mind and computers which MacOS or ChromeOS can't do.
I could take the example of Linux distros which could be a replacement of Windows on Windows PCs when Windows licence is either expired or the OS is not longer supported, yet Microsoft is the one who funds Linux foundation and the community.
As long as PC's exist in this world , Windows will be the only OS that people will use
And As long as Microsoft owns Windows , Microsoft will never End ( instead apple is facing the downfall cuz they always launch same phone litreally every year with some minor updates)

Windows was never the revenue generator for Microsoft. It is a thing that brings a person to Microsoft. However, in recent years, they have reduced the dependence in Windows. Excel, Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft 365 are already generating more revenue than Windows and being able to pull people towards Microsoft. I know atleast 40 odd people who use MacBook with Office 365 and Power BI.

Microsoft Edge is far better than Chrome. Previously My Best browser was used to be Chrome and now, my best browser is Edge. Secured, fast, easy, and everything bundled with optimized components. So I use Edge for my day-to-day work.
Its based on chromium .. Brave browser is better than edge and chrome

Google and apple exist only because of developers that build apps for their app store but Microsoft is still the most valuable even without much developers that's why it's building the most advanced no code platform tools and technologies where apps won't matter in the future everything can be done using ai computing. I think Microsoft if the most advanced company right now and are way ahead of everyone else in terms of cloud and ai.
