You know it's bad when the highlights barely show the Jays at bat. I feel bad for our pitchers, they deserve better hitting. The Jays have 0 offense and that is still our main problem

@@Antonio_Serdar It’s to do with how teams score runs basically. Some teams rely on power hitting/HRs (Long Ball), while some teams use multiple hits/discipline hitting to score runs (small ball). The best teams have the makeup to do both like the Phillies!

I find it increasingly difficult to even watch the game highlights for the Blue Jays. It is becoming an exercise in masochism. The bats have gone on vacation and the relief pitching is worthy of a double-A team. This is not even including the recurring throwing and catching errors.
It wouldnt have mattered bc the Jays cant hit to save their lives but that doesnt excuse the terrible call on the Shearber check swing. He clearly swung and it would have ended the inning earlier and the Phillies wouldnt have scored those 4 runs off Harpers grand slam

This Jays team can’t hit against any pitcher or reliever. It doesn’t matter how good or bad they are. They usually get 2 to 6 hits a game and score about two runs. Meanwhile all the players they traded or let go are winning games for their teams.

Trading as much offense as they did for defense 2 years ago is why this team cant hit. Somehow kept the same hitting coach. This team is selfish at the plate, no effort to move runners, no hustle, no power. Horrendously bad

Not to take away anything away from a really good Phillies team but Atkins, John Schneider and the hitting coach need to get the heck out of the Blue Jays organization. Until that happens this team will sit in the basement. There are some excellent players on the Jays team that simply are not producing for some reason and that has got to be down to management attitude and the atmosphere created around them in the locker room.
