Wasn't the Meluseek effect activation at 7:28 illegal? He already activated its effect that turn to make hextia and deck search marionette, and meluseek is a hard once per turn. On top of that, any monster revived with Malwisp can't activate its effects that turn.

I think protocol would still allow you to active the effect, no? But yeah, it was already used that turn

First. The Meluseek's effect activation at 7:28 was illegal
Second. Malwisp's effect says "IT can't activate its effect", this means that Malwisp only prevents the monster she summons from activating its eff. Once the monster is sent to gy (change location), their eff can be activated immediately.
