Tom I discovered you by chance and unlike other “glossy” realtors show casing properties you show everything on the outside and the area which to me looking to make a purchase in the South Florida area is invaluable but disappointed that you didn’t walk further round the Mandarin as I’m interested potentially in buying one of the new residences due for completion in 2027 and had hoped you would carry on walking round to give me a greater in depth perspective of what will surround it and the views. That said I have subscribed to you channel. Keep up the good work

Great video!!! I have been wanted to move to South Florida trying to pick the right place. I have heard that the people are so mean in Miami so I looked at Naples Florida. I want to be close to high end shops and beautiful water views....As soon as you crossed that bridge even the sky seemed bluer a complete different view. I work from home Brickell Key has some affordable waterview condos older buildings some with high mainetance fees. Naples Florida has beautifful 5th ave the Mercado outdoor shopping and Cocnut mall and the beach but not walkable to a Sak's Fifth ave. It seems if you have a partner, friend etc who moves with you the experience is different. My dream is to buy one of the new condos coming up at the Mandarin Hotel Residences now I don't know what to do,,,,,,,,,,,,,(need Crypto to come way up in order to do that)

hi not sure if you’re adequate to answer but i feel as though you know the area well so if i may ask. as for schools i’ve been having a hard time finding a great private school around the area. preferably elementary something like pre-k - 12. where do residents in brickell & downtown miami area usually send their children to? from a mom of one looking to relocate from toronto to miami next summer. thanks! 🤍 (been leaning towards miami country day school)
