My dad gave me his LC a few months ago to work on. Doesnt have any many major issues. Some body rust, hydrolics, and carb issues. Should be road worthy in a few months. '68, spring green. First owner put their realtor emblem on the doors. Second owner painted the exterior white to cover the emblem. Pops became the 3rd owner in '77. Good times.
I spend a full summer using lots of rags and lacquer thinner to remove red spray paint to expose my baby poo green underneath! Now I need to figure out how to paint and patina or blend in the new patch panels
That is in a great shape. I'm restoring a 67 too. In case you have a wiper knob laying around in your spare parts I'll be happy to buy it. Great channel by the way!
Gotta agree with Andy! You can keep showing content and building FJs. Save them all I say! Currently restoring a 78 and your content has helped. Thanks Jordan!
Jordan you're a glutton for punishment ! 🤣🤣🤣 But if it quenches your passions, why not ? -- Go For It ! -- (Just don't tell the wife ! ) Happy Easter !
Oh no. I've got to find a running one that I can work on gradually....of course I need a garage...maybe I'll rent one. What rsources did you use to locate this one?
Hey Jordan been watching all the videos on you working on all the different ones when you get all done what is your goal. One to call your own or a couple to sell and make a dollar
You’re ok. It’s not a problem. Its only a problem if you’re not having fun doing it.
I’m not sure about that.😄

I can hear the P.O. yelling at the computer with a bad case of FOMO knowing it was a simple wire unhooked
Ya kind of funny
Just picked me up a 76 fj40 and it's got no spark. Gonna have a good time getting it squared away.

Looks sick man, I have a 66, any idea how to turn the crank? Mine doesn't have the hex to turn the pulley
Hey
Great channel.
By any chance do you have parts left over from the 40 series you have? You might want to sell?
Not any I am willing to sell at the moment.
Don't see any problem 😊
😂
I am beginning to think you might need an intervention :).
No... I'm fine really! It's just one more... this is the last one for sure... :)

Yes, I will be keeping the 67 and ether selling the rest as is or restoring them then selling them. Then I will be restoring the 67 for myself.
