I Wonder how long it will take someone to see y comment and reply to it. or address it. I am a google user. I pay and have been paying for about months or more for my G suite account and God only know what all i have added and paid for that I DON?T EVEN NEED. I am a small business owner and a freelancer. I became interested in this voice and G suite because .. I need to keep all my enterprises separate from my personal account . I also was interpreter i the HIPPA protection. ONCE again ,, i find my slef listening to you tube video about Gsuite group set up , sharing , email, and everything. In over half of the videos i keep hearing >" all of google admins/ users love the simplicity,": " we at google have made everything simple " you can be up and running in minutes.. " anyone can do this... "
NOW ..., I bet NONE of Googles Rep, presidents,, Techs EVER thought thaT MAYBE JUST MAYBE one of your users would have some limitations.. or some disability or a condition that can affect cognitive process. or anything else. I have no clue how or WHY this has turned RED. .
I have been on this for 4 months. I Still don/t have it together, set up the way i believe it is supposed to be . The sooner i get this up and going the quicker i can have my clients meet me directly.
I have permanent injuries that at any given time can flare up and affect my ability to process things. over and over i have sought help .. but for some strange reason google insists on SUPPORTING via Email.,.. EVEN when my plan says i get one on one support 24/7 i think its 24/7 ... all i know is .. I always have to send a message and wait at least 24 hours for a response which normally is .. a link to some literature..Which i have read over and over .. I just find it insulting and discouraging that these videos make those of us with limitation feel less capable. not worthy of your products,, in my profession we are required to study Cultural Competence, AS to be aware of the various groups , cultures , peoples situations and believes and capabilities..
It would be Nice to see Google recognize this SMALL YET GRAND detail.. If you knew my story you;d maybe not be wondering IF I HAVE THIS Limitations then why an i trying to use or do certain things... jeje i invite you to reach out to me ... I?d love share the story and help you in perhaps changing the way you assume that EVERYONE is in the SAME category . or level or capable . WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS with .. desires , dreams , different needs. thank you .
