I'm the housewife who always stays at home
and raise two daughters.
So all the things I do are see my daughters off to school,
clean, do laundry, do house chores
and have breakfast that seems like lunch.
Nothing special, but it's my routine.
I've recently bought a frying pan.

I wanted to make Ghibli's set menu for some time.
I think I can use it outdoors too.
Sometimes, some of you ask me about the cases where I brew several cups of coffee.
I tend to grind the coffee beans into bigger bits
since I do not like the sharp taste of the coffee
when it takes too long to brew.
The amount is 100ml of water with 6g of coffee beans.
I sometimes use more too.
When I'm making 500ml of coffee, I use 32g of coffee beans
and for 400ml, I use 25g.
When it seems like it's going to take longer than expected
because of the dripper or the degree of how fine the coffee beans were ground,
I take the dripper out earlier and pour more hot water.
The extraction time differs by how long the coffee powder was soaked.
If you soak it for 40 seconds, it normally takes 3 minutes to be brewed.

I live in japan just did this for my wife and I didn’t even see this video. The quality of food here is incredible, it’s hard to eat out when the supermarkets are just as good. I love the thick cut bacon here and the orange creamy egg yolk. The bread here outstanding, It only took 15 minutes to make. the best utensils for cooking are in Kappabashi in tokyo. I’m sure there are other places throughout Japan, but that place works for me.

Bruh that was the worst part. It had no salt or pepper. Just meat and half fried eggs. It was as raw as an uncooked meat.

@Marco Mathies Thanks I still years until I learn to perfectly season my pans haha. The seasoning is all crappy and flaky and uneven.
@Marco Mathies the pan won't rust if it's seasoned on the entire surface. I don't coat mine in oil after use and there is still no rust even when I don't use the pan for a while. The patina is more than enough protection.

私はバタバタ支度して朝食を食べ、豆を挽いてドリップしながら冷や汗混じりの珈琲TIME。まだまだ暮らしと珈琲状態です！涙
鉄製の鍋は油馴染みが良いですね!鉄表面の美しさとベーコンと卵の奏でる音が本当に心地よいです！何より美味しそうです。

I like how people find the time to do this in the morning, I usually wake up at 11am, watching TV, eat lunch then take a nap from 12pm to 5pm, then I wake up, watching TV to 7 o'clock, have dinner, watching TV to 11pm, then go sleep again.

Stir just a drop or two of water into your coffee beans with a spoon handle before grinding. It greatly reduces the static when you grind and keeps your coffee grounds from going everywhere!

Believe it or not, over 1 billion people do this ritual everyday. Taking the time to at least grind a fresh roast and put through your press or chemex can have a huge impact on how you handle your day and a good, black cup of coffee goes along way. Very excellent cinematography on this video. Camera focus and lighting.
