HI CHRIS & SHANNON 👋 LOOKIN LIKE YOU'RE GETTING AROUND BETTER . BREATHTAKING BEAUTY COLORS VIEWS SCENERY LANDSCAPE WEATHER VIDEO 📹 FOOTAGE . IT'S ALWAYS FUN TO FIND OUT OF THE WAY CAMPSITES ! PEACE & QUIET ! BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! ENJOYED 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 GOD BLESS YOU BOTH ALWAYS ON YOUR ADVENTURES 🙏 THANK YOU 🙏
Hey Chris, you were in my backyard as I live in Pagosa Springs. I recognized some of where you traveled having been there myself. This why I live here and glad you and Shannon enjoyed visiting.
Loved the hiking excursions…perhaps, you’d like to add a bit more of those gems. Also, consider a slight mix of Revel and Orangie for some of us that don’t have Overlander capabilities. Still, if you are committed to doing the same video’s as always, I will be a devoted follower. Thanks for lifting my spirits weekly.
Another beautiful video. Thank you for bringing us along on adventures I would not be able to do myself today. I'd like to see more of the van going on adventures, too, since I'll likely be buying one in 2 years, not a Jeep (and can't buy both!). Thanks again!
Hitting peak color isn't really based on the exact date, it varies based on factors like summer moisture and first freeze. I've seen the Sam Juans at peak (and with 1.5' snow above 10k) the first week of October, and have seen peak in late Oct. That said, they absolutely nailed it.
First off, I am from Pagosa Springs I am wondering what trail you were on. You should get a ham radio license... it works much better than a cell phone especially in an emergency. Also have you thought about an electric chain saw. WQ9V is my call sign
Wow, $9 a night now for off season camping at a NFS designated campsite? I remember when I was out there 6 years ago, off season camping in NFS designated campsites was free from Colorado to California and everywhere in between.
You were really quite pushing the window of safety... than I do have Acrophobia. When I suffer from it I start getting interior tremors... Way too close for me!!
@Minimal-ish, Not looking for hours of “free content” but Chris set the expectation of a 25 to 30 minute weekly video based on his first several years of uploads … look forward to it each week and it just feels over too soon … understand on what you are saying … shorter videos with more frequent uploads are perfect but for a weekly upload up to 30 mins seems good …
Chris must laugh all the way to the bank each week. 795 patreons. Even if they, on average, gave at the 2nd lowest tier ($10), that is $7950 a month. I know a couple of years ago it was higher than that when he used to display the amount. Add in thatch, youtube, amazon, etc. he has created quite the business model. I am still in shock that Patreons of this, and any channel, pay for someones perpetual vacation. Good on the creator, I suppose, for living the dream on your dime. Keep living the dream Chris!
Man, you keep the nickel and diming that thing over and over again. Why not just suck it up and replace every bearing and bushing below the frame and call it good for the next two years maintenance free?

Colorado never disappoints. The San Juans are just unbelievably beautiful.
Absolutely agree!

Hey Brad, Fellow PS resident. Doesn’t get much better than here
The mighty San Juans, love those mountains.
Beautiful video! 🧡
Great seeing you out exploring in the Rockies! Some beautiful trails this time of year! Thanks!
Shannon says no and Chris keeps on trucking :)
Have fun Chris & Shannon
Awesome! I really enjoy your videos, sometimes I get a little bummed and miss giving up the mountains for salt life Peace man
Beautiful location, thank you for sharing.
I enjoy when u too travel together very entertaining.

Creede
If you still in Pagosa check out Elwood pass in the Jeep.
NICK DRAKE'S PINK MOON??? I knew I could count on Chris for excellent music taste.
You picked a good time to head up East Fork as I heard they finally did some road maintenance. How was the drive in the van?
Just a wonderful morning spent with you and Shannon. ❤ Thank you!
Great video and as much as you drive orangy offroad, it gets abused and things needs fixed! Keep up the adventure!
The clarity of this video made me feel I was right there !
What’s the plan for this winter ?

Great video. But that's an interesting way to spell Colorado.

Considering a lot of state parks and establish campgrounds are charging $20 and up a night $9 seems like a steal
👍👍👍👍👍
How many miles does the jeep have on it?
I believe he said around 190k when he got the new engine so probably pushing close to 200k now
GGreat video thank you!
A little misspelling on Colorado. No biggie.
That moment at 4:29 - 4:31 = priceless. 😆
this episode was almost titled "Adventure is A leg"

Why did you turn comments off on your latest video? You could just delete the video instead of being rude to people.
That video sure left lots of ????? Did paradise collapse again????? Will have to wait and see .
great video once again.
Love to spend a few minutes with Chris and Shannon on a Saturday :)
Few minutes is very accurate … episodes seem to get shorter & shorter … such a shame b/c this channel is awesome
@@Mink_24 as a content creator myself I find 15-20 minutes as a sweet spot for audience retention. I understand his motives entirely

What’s with that latest video.....Is it just an ad for the channel or did paradise collapse again??? I guess we’ll see next Saturday.
Coloarado?
It sounds like your power steering pump is whining
The secret to a great grill cheese is to use mayo on the outside bread and cook slowly

If we pay you, you’ll tell us the locations? Dick move.
HOW MUCH MONEY HAVE YOU PUT INTO THIS JEEP IN THE LAST 6 YEARS
