MAN Diesel &Turbo Engine 9L 21/31 Cylinder Head Replacement

MAN Diesel &Turbo engine 9L 21/31 cylinder head replacement due to exhaust port side HT Water leakage inside head water is coming on top of piston. So during running on load Generator, engine HT Water pressure fluctuating and HT Water temperature rising high. So replaced cylinder head with other assembled cylinder head. We are facing same problem with all cylinder heads on same model engine.

Assalamualaikum Sir , Mera Engine me Rocker Arm me Lubrication Kam ho raha hai Only 2 Cylinder me , baaki Units Theek hain , STX 7 6L/24 . Tappet Set kiya tha uske baad se problem hai

Please let me know about how you judged less lubricate that two cylinder heads rocker arms.

Also check the Lube oil diaphragm in Manual may be there is any non return valve in oil passage so you need to check that valve may stuck in less opening position.

One More Question Bhai , Maine Tappet Liya tha Tappet Nut Normal Wrench se Tight kiya tha Torque Wrench se nahi , kya ab mai again Tappet Nut ko Tight kar sakta hoon for all units without taking Tappet Clerance again.
