Levels are an internal statistical analysis by the Dept of Home Affairs as an indicator of quality of GTE. Now, for Uni's to maintain their Level 1 requirements, they still need to be very tough and compliant with GTE requirements. Many agents think Level 1 is a quality indicator. No. It is not. If you are from Punjab and Haryana, you will be asked for Finances.
So understand this, it is a matrix. Country and University. If India is Level 3, you will need to show the money.

Literally sir your videos are very informative specially this video because many of people say that level 1 is good as compare to level 2 they make a high level difference which is not good because many of students lose their hope but this video gives hope .I m also applied in Torren university in Melbourne this university is quite good many of people told me this university is level 2 university but my profile is genuine my ielts score is 6 overall in speaking 5.5 and I passout my 12 in 2021 in non medical stream with 92 percent marks and my all funds are genuine all documents are real but still i m waiting my visa my file lodge in may lastly thanks a lot sir 🙏
