  • Konkani Association of Australia organised an event - Amgel Utsav which was probably first of its kind event focused on the language and culture development. Mrs. Sushma Nadkarni nicely presented the origins of Saraswat heritage

    Good attempt to trace the origin.But while narrating Parasurama incident,you seems to have contradicted the earlier statements of Saraswaths migration to Goa as Parasurama was historically placed in the time scale of 12000 BC.

      That means they dint migrated directly from north to south
      But they migrated slowly
      By settling in certain areas for temporary and then migrated
      Like "Nomads"
