My house is 7 miles from KOSH...on the water and two fridges full of adult refreshment if you need a break from the madness of the grounds. Arrivals are already trickling in today...just got back from helping some guys set up their site.
The Wilga is extreme and Mike is the master craftsman.

I'm absolutely fascinated by your youtube channel. I grew up with a whole mess of friends that are commercial airline pilots now and flew with them when they were students working on their private ratings. I have a small ranch in Montana had have always wanted my own plane and strip for the property. I think it's about time to make it happen!
That’s definitely a good looking plane of yours Trent. Almost broke my neck looking at it as I drove bye the Elko airport. If you stop here again for any length of time go to The Star and get yourself one of the best steaks you’ll ever have. It’s about 2 miles from the airport. A little expensive but you get lots of food and well worth it.

I recognize that Bush Air. CC Pocock, one of the greatest bush pilots and instructors in the world. Originally from South Africa, i have seen him preform at air shows here in SA.

Badass Trent, I grew up in Susanville and my family would trek to Reno for Costco and whatnot as a kid..I was a crewchief on UH-60's in the army and im up to my Solo endorsement in an R22. Im familier with Stead and where you fly. Badass Channel man, keep it up love the videos you make!!! cheers. safe flights out there!

i am so freaking jalous right now , i wish i could fly to Oshkosh but i have to pay for my new super cub project ( 200HP Yamaha turbo ) i guess i can't have the butter and the money for it , i will be fallowing closely and biting my nails to the knuckles all week thanks Trent for bring us the fly slow and low team at Oshkosh, tow tums up.
Can't wait for the next installment. Especially since there is a humongous TFR for firefighting just east of you folks. Getting around it to the south may be possible, but once you are to the east of the TFR, visibility may go IMC on you. Not fun.
Did an amazing job on the video...the swinging keys, WHO thinks of that??? Way cool. Enjoyed the video very much, was always wanting to build a Kitfox but have a PA-24 180 which I like. Looking forward to your next Video. Start Safe, Stay Safe.

holy crap trent i see my fellow south african flying there with the bush air aircraft..... any chance you could make a small video with him on his plane and the story of how he got there??? he also owns or owned a cessna 150 ZS-IDT that my dad flew in the 90's and trained pilots in i flew in that plane as a young boy 5 years old to 8. keep up the good work i can't wait to see oshkosh through your eyes 20min videos welcome.

Awesome, Trent! Impressive production for being on-the-fly too. I'm guessing your route will take you farther north, but if you're near north-central Kansas stop by K82 (Smith Center). Good hospitality and people here, and I can get drone shots of you (I'm a private pilot and remote pilot).
