What is this! I put my earphones on and i had to do some chores, i was listening to pile one. I was busy and i end up listening to whole video and guess what it covered all the aspects. Everything you said is so so accurate. Omg. In p1, you talked abt food habita and health, yeah i am struggling through food addiction and trying to move on from it.
