Dear Sir, how could one know in which state of consciousness he/she is going through as there are so many planes of consciousness, sometimes it feels like we are in such a state of confusion and chaos... So how to have a mental clarity about the process ? Thank you Sir.

We should not worry about the plane of consciousness we are in. Rather we should be concerned about the state of consciousness we are in. To make it yet simpler what we should be concerned about whether our faith and aspiration are intact, whether our devotion and surrender and the urge to serve Her are growing or not, whether we are in a state of inner peace and joy or restlessness and agitation. The work to be done is a constant reorientation towards Her. All the rest is of little or no importance.
