They hire houswives as so called "expert teachers" , give them course materials to mug up and teach, without any expertise in the area. They forcefully sell their ipads and laptops to the students, they had 90% of their employees in sales , and only 10% actually teach. the sales guys will go through any means , try and harass people to purchase their course. this is what happens when u make education as business. education should be made free not paid . many needy people need education. but these ed tech giants charge money even for basic knowledge providing . All the ed tech companies will have it coming . even allen , akash , unacademy and physics wala r next. people have now understood that they can gain education through their own self effort rather than wasting money on these companies to teach them. Indian youth please stay out of this mess. jee main, neet sab kuch aap khud kar sakte ho. don't waste money on coaching institutes or online coaching. use free available youtube videos and books and work hard, then rest of the things will happen naturally.

These guys have ruined the 10+ college system in Bangalore. Tied with many colleges through proxy alliances in the name of integrated teaching took the 10+ college education away from middle class by charging 4-5 lacs for admission. I would insist a thorough equirry should be initiated against these entities and their nexus.

aggressive marketing coupled, poor customer satisfaction, toxic work environment for employees, laying off employees so that they don't have to give salary hike etc. they did so many things wrong. a booming business without loyal customers and experienced employees will always be like an inflated bubble. i have nothing against the company but the tears shed by multitude of parents and ex-employees cannot be ignored. they were able to stave off court cases using their money but in the court of God, money plays no role.
