    Wish I had the lyrics for this, it might explain why he chose to sing it. He may have been trying to heal The Bataclan through music for all the people killed there by Islamic Terrorists just a couple of years ago. If he sang an unaccompanied lament like that in Ireland, he would have got the reverent silence he deserved , because the Irish have a tradition called " Sean Nos" - unaccompanied singing of an old lament which is respected as an art form.
