Meron ako matte black, ung hole lang sa banda batok ang di namn talaga vents, pero ok sya at mura
2 years old owner here, maganda parin lining. Relatively magaan. Medyo maingay sa loob compared sa premium helmets. Pero bang for the buck :)
I was pretty impressed with the quality of the Rook compared to other Bell Bullitt clones that are *more* expensive, too bad it really doesn't fit my head shape. Large presses on my forehead and XL is too loose. If they improved/changed the liner I would definitely have gotten one.
Same with my Royal Classic, #largeforeheadproblems

was hoping that this review is more about on the materials used like the shell and the eps foam. i was searching for it but cant find any details. it could help a lot in this review if it was mentioned and not just about the ergonomics. great vid nevertheless.

@@juanicoportfolio mayb u coukd do a part 2. Open up the shell and cut thru the eps foam. Or try to smash the shell so we could look at how the cracks behave. Now thats a real test but a waste of a good helmet. Looking forward for this channel. Looks promising.

I have been riding for 40 years and been thru a grip of helmets you get what you pay for and that being said I have been Arai and fit view feeling is worth every penny .. good review
Very good looking helmet, also looking into getting one. I would just like to know if it is eyeglasses-friendly, may I ask if you can try putting on eyewear and see if it is easy to slip in thru the temples, and if it will move when the helmet moves or not? This could be a deal breaker for me if it does move with the helmet, as wearing glasses and riding along not so smooth roads can be very uncomfortable if my eyeglasses will also be vibrating with the helmet. Hope you can check for me. Thanks!

Arai shield is Pinlock ready, but you need to buy the optional (unless you have a UK version) Pinlock insert for it to become antifog.
I think ill be getting the rook one. I have been thinking of the ID Classic and the Rook. :) thanks for the review.

nice vid! btw is Rook a local brand or is it imported? because i'm unable to find details in google. Arai's retro style motorcycle helmet is indeed good looking and worth it's price. if people would ask why it's so expensive is not only is it Japan made but it's hand crafted (Japanese craftsmen/women are very much into crafting things by hand) plus Arai's a well-known, international brand same as with the likes of Shoei (Japan), Bell (USA) AGV (Italy) etc. hence the helmet's safety standards are great! AMZ is also USA-made and their retro mc helmets look great too, imo.

Not really! It is kinda small compared to other helmets. Fit wise, i can’t comment because every helmet is different
