Like your video ! I wanted to suggest for your daughter a thinner type of bread especially first thing in morning white thick enriched bread is very heavy . She will probably be able to enjoy it toasted with a little butter or jam on it. Its more palatable that way. Thick plan bread and water isn't that nutritious for anyone just my advice. There should be eggs at least and some fresh fruit. Just some humble advice.

Try whole wheat or multi grain this is a great and healthier option, (it may be more expensive but its healthy and worth it for family. Not enriched white bread. Those think slices are bleached as well and looses all of it's grain and nutritional value

My daughter, almost 5 says 'mum, make sure it's toast bread. Not just bread.' The brother, almost 7 is soo easy! But I still have to sit with them, to encourage just for breakfast to be finished on time.

My son used to hate bread n I came to realize it's the taste of yeast.i started to bake bread at home n minimize the yeast n now he enjoys bread

Wow thank you Mumbu. Your vedios are always motivating with lots of lessons. A question how do you storr the flour? Coz 10 KG might take sometime. For me I usually see some small worms when they stay for sometime.

Unga kwa nyumba ya mluyia inaishanga haraka sana....so I'm very lucky I don't get to see any worms😁 But I normally store the flour in big plastic containers. Next time I'll remember to show you guys how I store my flour..
Put the unga in a clean bucket and your sorted.for me I can have even 20 KGS..especially when mum brings maize from shags.. sai Niko na unga ya DEC na bado iko poa..

My daughter just turned three yesterday and she really hates bread too... wondering what I will be feeding her in the morning when she starts schooling
Try the traditional snacks like nduma, sweet potatoes or boiled maize...my daughter loves them
You can try to toast it see if she will like it
What about whole grain pancakes, or cereals, with milk, or granola, what about little rice with eggs?

@mumbi ,I am like your daughter,never loved bread from.chilhood,if you add spread its worse for me,maybe she has super senaitive pallet so anything that becomes mushy in the mouth is no..

I love the fact that she doesn't like bread. Let her be. She is so luck not to like bread. Haven't fed my kids on bread unless it's home made in many years. Yam, nduma, cassava, sweet potato etc are better.

Hi Mumbi can you do a vlog of how is life in Nairobi I'm planning to move back in August I got married in uk been living in uk for the last 15 years is life expensive like School fees hospital medical food I have 4 kids. I'll be buying my own apartment so no rent to pay I'm just worried will it be good idea to move to kenya as here school is free hospital free and medical is free but I'm tired with life here without family all my family are in kenya I was born in mombasa and brought up mombasa but I want to move city I love it and my kids will be going British school curriculum because I'm told the need to continue with uk studies I just want to come back home I do come every summer holidays for 6 weeks but I want to come for good now will really appreciate if you reply and give me ideas how it will be xxx

All I know is that British System Education is quite expensive here in Kenya. Food and medical can be affordable or expensive depending on the location... Being near family is everything, and if that's the reason of you wanting to relocate, then that's very much okay ❤️😊
