Yes, Jay can sing falsetto! Even though he is not often recognised by engines for his singing ability he is actually third best singer in Enha (after Heeseung and Suono according to professional rankings, dont come after me if you like other member singing more, its by technical ability and range, like who you want). if the song requires upper register these 3 are your guys. If you haven't already listen to Jay singing Dry Flower (collaboration cover with Yuuri), his live vocals really shines there.

They technically don't have "official" positions like most groups BECAUSE they all want to strive to be aces; they said they didn't want to be titled "rapper, dancer, vocal, visual"etc because they each didn't want to limit themselves to be good at only one or two areas. They each want to be a Pro at all areas of being an idol and performer. I think that is so cool and inspirational! They do have some roles that have been clearly stated (i.e. Hee is the main vocal, Ni-Ki the Dance Leader, Sunghoon main visual, etc) BUT I still think the concept of not having listed positions and not boxing themselves in as only a rapper, singer, or dancer is very unique.
Also, before people tear up my comment: Heeseung has been given the nickname of ACE since even before I-Land because he has been the most well-rounded as far as being a strong dancer, rapper, and vocalist. They all are so incredibly talented though and bring different things to the group. You really can't go wrong with picking any of them as your bias or referring to any of them as an ACE! :) We are such a lucky fandom! I love your reactions by the way!

ALL ROUNDER= sing, dance, rap
ACE= sing, dance, rap, produce/make music
Ergo: Enhypen members only has Jake as an Ace atm (He took part in the creation of "Shout Out")

Chris you are right to always look for clues in their MV. The signs are about the fact that at this point in the lore they are mortal. The Orange Blood album has a brighter musical color because the boys have been freed from being immortal. According to the concept film, it doesn't last but for this album it's true
