If there's rosemary oil in certain mix of oils then you can apply it on your scalp directly, but rosemary essential oil has to be diluted in carrier oils like jojoba, grapeseed, sesame, argan etc oils because essential oils are very concentrated and applying them directly on your scalp can cause irritation 🤗

But if it's too hydrating for you and not cleaning your scalp completely then I'd recommend a clarifying shampoo
Also, pre conditioning depends on the instructions on the package
If the product packaging says you've to wet your hair and if it doesn't then vice verse

The difference is that both of them have different ingredients and both are lightweight but the people who have written their reviews might have high porosity hair

If your scalp is dry, use the clarifying shampoo and then your normal shampoo and a moisturising mask
If your scalp is normal/oily, use the clarifying shampoo twice and then follow it up with a mask/conditioner 🤗

You should first of all consult a doctor and then take a protein rich and balanced diet, drink water etc
You can also use hair growth serums as well from wishcare, bare anatomy
Love beauty and planet's shampoos and reequil babassu conditioner is good and might suit you
You can also add 5 drops of rosemary essential oil in your palmful of shampoo when your wash your hair the 2nd time
If you've a hard water problem, then you can either use a shower filter or hard water chelator 🤗

Hi Soumya. I've low porosity hair, normal to oily scalp and dry frizzy lengths also I think my hair is slightly wavy. I am in college so I wash my hair after 4-5 days. can you recommend me an affordable hair care routine as watching so many videos on youtube is very confusing.
I'd suggest plum's argan shampoo, earth rhythm's murumuru butter conditioner, true frog leave in conditioner for wavy hair, pantene lively clean as a clarifying shampoo 🤗

Hey, first of all, products for curly hair are always a bit expensive but I'll try to keep it affordable
You can go for plum's avocado shampoo, pantene lively clean shampoo as a clarifying shampoo once a week, reequil's murumuru conditioner, Earth rhythm's conditioning butter, Arata's leave in conditioner and buds and berries serum 🤗

Hi Soumya. I've low porosity hair (hair stays on top of water and takes forever to dry) .Itchy scalp..Top and front of hair looks somewhat oily but kind of feels dry as baby hair stand up with bottom portion dry and frizzy...So in total - A WHOLE MESS!!!!!!!It's for the first time I'm getting to know about all these porosity and details from your videos. Hey, you can definitely go for the shampoo but the conditioner has been discontinued so you can go for Reequil's babassu conditioner 🤗

I have a decent budget for the products over 1.5 to 2k for each product. I found your channel very helpful and probably the only one who explained low porosity hair so well. I went to a professional salon and they recommend me loreal absolut hair mask and shampoo. After seeing your video it seems like protein based products won't work for my hair type. Plz do reply.🙏

I'd never recommend them unless someone likes them in their haircare products
