If we are being honest. If they taught these lessons in school we probably wouldn't have paid attention. Or took it from granted. We only care now because financial literacy is now popular and cool to talk about. It's only in hindsight that things make sense.

This is the most powerful interview I’ve seen on this channel. This was like listening to Robert Kiyosaki talk about financial literacy, but tailored for the black and brown community. I’m an avid reader and really only read books on financial literacy. I will definitely be buying his book. Good job TBC 👍🏿.

John Hope Bryant - Brilliant Man of the year 2024...I have had many of my clients use OPERATION HOPE to improve their credit score up to the 700. One thing I wanted to add to this conversation about small mom & pops selling getting hit with capital gains tax after selling their investment properties. They should research and consider a 1031 exchange or DST, which are ways to defer the capital gains taxes. That's what most investors use to avoid paying the government.
