Beautiful environment but the open gutter is a very big turn off, when are the developers in going to understand that open gutter is no longer the in thing.

can't wait for ugwuanyi to leave next year. he's done next to nothing in Enugu and is leaving it worse off than he met it. the man has no class and is just too local and this reflects in how the city roads look and how the city is maintained.

The drawback with real estate investment in southern Nigeria is the quality of housing, the usurious prices of properties and accessibility by road. I would like to state here that most of the properties are overpriced for the quality of structures, the underdevelopment of the region and the poor quality of finished projects. Until these problems are looked into and solved, real estate investment will remain very slow in this region. The developers should ensure excellent road networks and a tastefully finished project. This and only this will attract investors not these craps they build in a hurry to sell. Most of the real estate companies are only interested in their profits and not the legacy they leave behind in terms of the quality of their project.
