60 Amp Mem Glasgow Switch Observation

I intend to at some point (probably next year) wire either this switch or another up to a 3 phase industrial motor, with interconnected Direct On Line Switching for my prototype conveyor belt. I will replace the current fuses with more appropriate rated sizes etc.
