The way she talked about how the water dripping into the house, then flooding was like not noticing abuse until it floods really hit different. Because I've recently just been noticing how everything I'm scared of or just uncomfortable with was because of my parents and their abuse. I never realized I was getting abused until now and it's like all of it just hit me at once like some sort of twisted clarity and I can't seem to get out of this flooded house. There's always those few artists that really just portray exactly what you're thinking and/or feeling and she is one of the few.

Billie is the kindest youngest artist I know with amazing talents
So this is the reason why the MV has that feeling when I first watched it. I was terrified, sad, and I felt like I was the one drowning. So that is the reason why it felt real. Because Billie did it for real. What a great talented person! The song itself is weird because the transition of the genres in one song felt like a total opposite but actually good! It is weird in a way that the transition is so satisfying. It was so hard to explain. But the first time I watched the MV and heard the full song, I was stunned and I cried.
If this is the content she is creating before she’s even 20 years old, imagine where she is gonna be in a few years time! So.Much.TALENT!!

Her talking about how you don’t notice your being abused until it’s too much then it floods hits DIFFERENT WITH ME!! For so long I didn’t realize I was mentally abused, until a specific event happened with him that made me realize, “oh god I’ve been living like this?” Then all the emotions that were being built up for years get let loose and it just hits you like a wave. This is why I love Billie so much, I can relate to so many of her songs, practically all of them, and the way she portrays emotions in her music videos and her songwriting is something I just adore about her and something so special with the way she writes.

I can't even tell you Billie how much your music healed me. Last year I was diagnosed with OCD, I went into depression. I used to listen when the party's over and lovely during my darkest days. for sure, i think lots of people are acknowledging that it's good and obviously it's popular, but i really wish everyone could grasp just how purposeful she is with everything she creates. there's so much more dedication to her craft on her part than i think people truly understand, and getting a glimpse of it like this really crystallizes just how special her work is. and it's so cool to feel how special a work of art is.

Can we just talk about how a couple years ago Billies tics were so bad she could barely do the water scene a music video and now she is swimming and getting hit bye a wave and more she has grown so much and I’m so proud of her and I can’t wait to see her in concert 💖

As someone with Tourette's her ts probably isn't any better ,it's more then likely just not being shown. U have seen her having tic attacks and that's not a representation of how her ts is in general.
