Yet the lord guided him to a wonderful career, a loving loyal and beautiful wife, talented children, and a following through multiple generations. All without controversy, scandal, or any tarnish of darkness. Gary is proof that one can succeed by living a righteous life. He an inspiration to all Filipinos, and truly he should be and is, an inspiration to the world. Time and time again my relationship with God has been strained and have been filled with doubt. It's Gary's singing, and his life that keeps me coming back and seeking more wisdom. I can only pray to have the kind of strength God has given Gary.

I received Jesus as my lord and saviour since 2017. And gradually I realized Born again isn't Religion it is truly intimate Relationship with God and New creation 2 Corinthians 5:17

I love how the last line "May all glory be Yours, My King, My Lord" was not even part of the original song but Gary added it, making this more of a prayer more than anything.

I remember during the first strike of the pandemic here in the philippines when i (everyone) was so afraid to go out, and even scared to breathe 'coz of the virus. That was the first time i really felt the message of this song. Although i listen to this song during the 80s, this version is so different especially listening to this at a time when we feel lost and down. So powerful.
This was re-released at the start of the pandemic, when we all felt confused of what's going on, when we're not allowed to go out and all we can do is stay at home and be on line.

I was working just letting videos play in the background and this came on. I had to hide in a room so i can continue and watch this video. You really cant help but cry listening to this song.
PS. I understand that it is ok to cry especially after feeling God's grace. It's just that it would be inappropriate to do so in a very crowded office.

You know, im not a religious man, never go to church and my beliefs mainly on science.. but there is something mystifies me, everytime i say a random prayer before bedtime just to test it, since im having trouble with anxiety due to a lot workloads in my mind.. by doing so, i feel my heart calming and just few minutes i sleep with ease.. i cant really explain that and keeps me wondering till now.
