- The word war between Senate Minority leader Alan Peter Cayetano and Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile turned for the worse on Wednesday after Cayetano delivered a privilege speech assailing Enrile's management of the upper house.

Enrile must response only the issue that was brought up. Transparency in the senate must rule. They have to remember that People of the Philippines are paying their budget and salary. Personal issue brought up by Enrile was a disaster to his name and integrity. Enrile need to oust from Senate.

Allan Cayetano previlege of speech was directed to Enrile's favoritism of distributing the PDAF to his fellow legislators. Some legislators,his favorites has bigger funds and the less favorites has lesser funds. Some legislators demand your explanation and the people wants to know your involvement in PDAF scam.
