Do you notice that ReX cover smoothing out over time with use? The only ball I've had with that cover was the Fate and I loved that thing out of the box. Clean and very angular and quick down the lane for me. But over time that thing really smoothed out and wasn't close to the same reaction for me.
Believe it or not, yes. My Fate was very similar. It was pin down so I expected it to be smoother, but it didn’t start that way and it eventually started evening out over time.
Is this ball suitable for a low rev and low speed bowler?
100% could be with the right drilling pattern. What else do you currently have in your bag?
