Hi Ashley, since you like to keep fresh flowers in the house, just a tip for you. Instead of trimming the stems with scissors, which causes the stem to seal faster, cut them on the diagonal with a knife so they can take in more water. They should stay fresh longer that way.

After having a reduction I remember being SO frustrated when I couldn't work out the way I wanted during recovery. TOTALLY relate. It's frustrating when the brunt of recovery is done, but you still have to wait it out to be 100 %

From a Lululemon employee, I have to reccomend the "Fast 'N Free" tights - these have a naked sensation so it fits super comfortably but it's made to withstand high intensity training like HIIT and cardio! For more lighter days where you may just be running errands or doing yoga, I'm obsessed with the "Align" pants! It's made with Nulu, a buttery soft material! Both are high waisted (what other way could you possibly wear leggings) and come in black as well as other fun colors! I'm in love with different shades of blue+grey for leggings at the moment! :)
I FINALLY got to sit down and watch this!! I was obsessed with The Sims, MarioKart AND Mario Party!! Soooo much fun!!
I love the Lululemon high rise leggings for the gym. they have this style in two different materials a loungewear/ yoga and one for sweating and exercising
I've seen other people commenting it too, but LuluLemon all the way!! They're so comfy, not at all see thru, and you can get so many different styles even in just black (like plain, mesh cut outs, pockets). They're a bit pricey for one pair but totally worth it; they last so long, I've had the same pairs for literally years and years!
Thank you for filming your gym sesh! I'm getting back into going to the gym and this makes me excited to go and try these workouts! Also Lulu Lemon leggings are my favourite! A little expensive but it lasts forever! I have 3 and i've had them for 6+ years!

If you cut the stems of your flowers on a diagonal, it increases the surface area of the water intake of the stem and can make your flowers last longer!

Hey! Lululemon makes the best high wasted leggings in my opinion. My favorite is the Align Pant in black. Basically they hold you in perfectly but also feel like you're wearing nothing - I'm also naturally very thin/slim and find that they fit me perfectly - highly recommend :-)

definitely check out Sweaty Betty for high waisted gym leggings. The power 7/8 leggings are a perfect full length on anyone 5'3-5'5 and they are super sculpting and soooooo comfortable ❤️ plus high waisted too . There are a few stores now in NYC x

Gap Fit has great high waisted leggings. I've had mine for over a year and they have gone through several washes and haven't lost their shape at all.

lululemon over everything!!!! They are a great company. If anything you purchase isn't how it should be quality-wise, they will replace it no problem or give you your money back. My stuff from lululemon has literally lasted YEARS. Love their stuff!
I like Atheta's Chaturanga leggings for working out. Super comfy and don't drop when you run. I prefer them over my Lulu ones.

you should check out Aptitude Apparel! They're a smaller brand but I have a bunch of their stuff and the quality is really good, and theyre like a third of the price of a pair of Lulu's!
