1) Transitions
2) utilise your gimbal's app features
3) Use First person view mode - use for example when shooting cars. Try capturing long shots in FPV mode then add speed ramps
4) Use manual controls for precision

Great tips and beautiful shots. I have a Flow and also have a couple of Insta 360, 360 cameras. Most, if to all of your shots can be achieved using a 360 camera as well, I believe. Since you have used teh Flow more than I have is there a major difference? Thanks

Thanks for sharing these great tips👍 I bought my Insta360 Flow three weeks ago, and unfortunately, I wasn't aware of that the app and my Galaxy S23 Ultra isn't a good match. E.g. I cannot use the gesture control to start tracking myself, and I cannot manually change exposure etc.😌
About the gesture control. It's disabled by default.
You have to go to app "Settings" and activate "Performance Mode" located at the bottom to have access to the hand gesture toogle icon.

Yes, the insta360 Flow has a built in tripod as well as a 1/4 inch thread so that you can also add your own, very useful 👌

So u accept that inbuilt tripod is useless and u need extra extension for handling smooth moments from insta 360 gimbal. I’m using same but facing problem bcz of less handle length
As usual, this is another fantastic video, and I'll definitely be applying it to future videos for my channel. I especially appreciated the detailed walkthrough on achieving smooth transitions and utilizing the gimbal's app features to enhance the quality of shots. The FPV mode explanation is definitely going to be a game-changer for me, and it's amazing how much energy and dynamic movement it can add to videos.
