The completely deadpan "talk about a low budget flight" at 16:21 is probably one of my favourite lines in any of these fandubs, it's just too perfect
The cut off cackle in response to it really ties it together

If you really think about it, this dub is actually crucially important for creating Eggman's announcement. Because remember, Alfred had absolutely NO IDEA what was going on in the story. He didnt even know the island was going to explode. So that first take with his announcement, it didnt hit as hard because Alfred had no idea what was going on. But after watching that cutscene, now he has a better understanding of it. So mix that information with his frustration with Shadow, he managed to make an absolutely flawless delivery, that is Eggman's announcement.
