Thanks, after completing the game and having almost all missions on 100% i have only upgraded like 3-4 thing and had 33000 dollars, i upgraded everything to max and now have 18220 dollars
Nice! There's also more loot to be had at Frustrum, but since you can only pick up loot during a mission, and the only mission there has a helicopter shooting at you, I haven't yet done a video on that place yet - but there's already more money in the game than you need to buy every possible upgrade.
i can never get into the vault properly i always lag on that second vent door and go through the vent walls into the inside of the map lol. idk how to get in properly
i have a mod to locate the valuables in the levels and it says that is a valuable under the lighthouse idk if its bugged or what but i cant find hte valuable (the mod is advanced treasure hunter)
Yes, that's a very good mod, I use it, too. The item under the lighthouse can be accessed by the hidden passage under the stairs, you'll have to take out some walls and floor to access it.

Use creative mode to phase through the vault door so you won’t have to go through the vent

One important thing is to stay crouched as you go through the horizontal part of the vent - keeps you from clipping out of the wall.

Do I have to be in campaign mode to do this or can I be on sandbox mode and get the valuables and the money from the vault
Has to be in Campaign mode - none of the loot shows up in Sandbox mode. In fact, on some maps there's items that only appear on one specific mission.
