The way the ASFAB works, is your score determines which branches you are eligible for…highest scores go to the Air Force, second range of scores go to the Navy, then Army, then marines. Coast Guard has its own system. Make sure she fights for a career. The military is good for giving US jobs and gives THEM careers. Anything in health care, financial accounting, air traffic control, mechanic, HVAC. So once she leaves the military, she will still have her career on the outside. Your friendly AF veteran, Veronica.

Congratulations and tell you daughter to keep pushing my daughter just came home from the Army she left in April she was in SC but hurt her ankle she's home for 6 months. It's not easy but a great experience even for me as a mother.

I think with birds you might want to cover the cage with a sheet, light blanket or towel to let them know it’s night time. I could be wrong but might be worth a shot. Also, yes 8-8:30 bedtime for kindergarten. Long day for those kiddos ❤

I grew up with birds….if you cover their cage at night they won’t be squeaking all night lol.
You are so right I had birds for years for my children and yes you do have to cover them up at night because if you don't they will be twerping all night just saying.
Yes my parents covered our birds when we were little, they would be so loud until that cover went over the cage. My kids had birds and I did the same thing lol

We also put news paper inside the cage on the bottom it’s easier cleanup from their poop and food. Also I use to put some on the outside, under the cage

If your daughter scores high on the ASVAB, she can pick what job she wants to do and may qualify for a sign in bonus. My Navy son was just 1 point shy of making a perfect score(highest you can score is 99). The Navy is a great branch to be in. She will be fine. Oooo, and when she graduates from boot camp, Pass In Review is an EXPERIENCE. Excited for her🎉

To help with the mess with the birds my grannie put a plastic bag around the cage with only the front open so all the food and mess stays inside the bag.

For your new house you should think about buying your air filters (they do filters for the fridge too) as a subscription. They send them when it’s time to change it. I would always forget until I started doing the subscription.

Awww im so happy for you guys!, those birds are so cute I hope you guys have fun with your new feather friends !I have a few tips on how to care for them just to help out❤
1.since there young I would recommend you hang dome veggies in the cage to get them use to veggies since it makes up 75% of there diet while seeds or only 25%of there diet
2.millets are great use for training your budgie to step up or do tricks like flying to you by command.
3. Birds usually need 15 minutes of playtime out of there cage and social time to connect with your bird
4.cover there cage with a thin towel or blanket at night that way they know to be quiet and go to sleep just so they won't chirp all night so i hope that helps😂
5.budgies(parakeets),also need colorful toys to play with in order to not be bored or result into chewing up thing around the house i recommend wood toys and toys with bells that you find a the pet store avoid any yarn as that could cause them to accidentally swallow and choke on .wood perches that look like natural wood are also good for there feet as for wooden stick that they have can cause future foot problems

You should get a subscription for all your filters. Once they get delivered, you know it’s time to change them. That’s what I do and it helps a lot.
Someone else recommended that and I’m definitely taking that advice. That’s a great idea!

I had just told my daughter 3 days ago that I want to go get me two birds I really want them but I just get tired of cleaning up the mess so just make sure you have a good vacuum because you're going to how to vacuum clean your house everyday with those birds but they are definitely nice to have just saying.
