I love how Peepers goes from being intimidated every time Hater raises his voice to just being exasperated with him, to the point where *he's* the one chewing *him* out and sending him to his room.

Hater and Peepers have a very odd relationship. I mean, one minute Hater's growling and threatening to blast Peepers with lightning, the next minute Peepers is shouting at him for focusing on things other than galactic domination.
Is there a relationship is by far one of the most unique in any cartoon what makes their relationship so dynamic is the fact that one acts like a mature father the other one acts like an immature spoiled brat.
The "NO! NO 'RAW'!" clip is funny.
Agreed, to think Peepers feared Hater because he always threatened to blast him with lightning.
Hater is the angsty teen while Commander Peepers is the supportive and proud, but honestly can't deal with his son's shenanigans for long father.
He's a single father who's realizing too late that he's been spoiling his son rotten and needs to start laying down the law more.
The way peepers says “sir you can not destroy anyone at a dinner party its very rude!” Kills me sometimes
