Do they eventually pass the stones or do thry knowehrn they cant fit anymore inside?

So I'm certainly no expert on the matter but my belief is they will naturally pass them and add to them over their life some may stay longer than others, when you look at the walls of the Gizzard there are pocket like folds that I'm sure they can tuck into and stay pretty much indefinitely
