Mastering Multibeat Poi Weaves

How to break down those pesky 5-beat weaves with one awesome exercise! I remember working my way up from 3-beat weaves to 5-beat weaves and finding the process of switching which poi head was leading to be a really tricky one. But watching an old Alien Jon video gave me a great idea for not only getting down poi 5-beat weaves but also how to gain full control over which hand is leading to which side as you play with your poi weaves! Let me break it down for you and help you work your way around these awesome poi tricks.
