depends on what you want to do! summer is perfect in the mountains between end of may-beginning of september. before or after the weather gets unpredictable!
We are traveling from the UK not looking for anything physical like hikes but more just to enjoy the general area- we were looking at January but I was unsure how “bad” the weather would be at that time of year 😊
