The hate online for this track is loud but anytime I see this track in a lobby, it’s an instant pick for a lot of ppl. The simplicity is what makes it so great tbh. This is one of the more competitive tracks that I feel while playing.
Maybe it doesn't show a remake like the hint SNES Donut Plains, but that track will never stop being the most iconic of the 1st Mario Kart of all time, it looks perfect.
It actually shows a remake with the bricks, blocks, pipes with Piranha Plants, Goal Poles, and cones added around the course just like the castle in SNES Donut Plains 3.
@@sayikoo5023 Too many people like it because it’s a classic Mario Kart tracks. What it really is is a very basic circuit with such a boring background.
This track looks like the shape of an alligator. The top left corner looks like its eye, the top right looks like its snout, the bottom right looks like its jaw, and the middle right looks like its mouth.
I know this course got a lot of hate for being the same but I kinda like that it stayed the same. Most classic courses especially from the SNES and GBA got massive overhauls in 8. Kinda nice see at least one track that didn't change the track or music and has that classic Mariokart feel but in a modern game. You can tell they were going for the classic feel with this one.
Maybe it could be too hard in 200 cc due the excess of turns, considering that the Rainbow Roads (SNES and 8) the CPU were falling a lot in this mode. The same happened in Coconut Mall with the vehicles, I suppose they test a lot of ways to make the vehicles move without being a bother to the players in the results were those funny donuts they made in some periods (something that make me win an online race)
I agree with a lot of people that this should have been Mario Circuit 4 instead. What’s funny though, is that it’s actually Mario Circuit 3, but mirrored, and with a few unique extra turns, and the added green pipes placed shortly after the u-bend at the halfway point of the course. I don’t understand why they didn’t just go with that version, and get it out of the way. It’s basically the superior version of Mario Circuit 3. Now we’ll probably never get this version of the course, even in a new game… 🙄
One of the worst remakes in the series! At least it kind of made sense in Wii but they should have chosen Mario Circuit 4 here. Mario Circuit 2 or even 1 would have made more sense here.
I will forever love Mario circuit 3 in every Mario kart game

The most iconic circuit of the franchise
And arguably the most overrated
@@ETHAN-is3lieveryone hates it for some reasons, how is it overrated

They could've brought back Mario Circuit 2, which at least has a cool jump. It seems like Nintendo doesn't know how to put the Y-axis in SNES tracks.
SNES Bowser Castle 3:
0:33 There is a visual error with the wall. The yellow section is five blocks long and the green is three (it is not like this in Tour).
HOW WERE YOU ABLE TO CATCH THAT???
I don't think so, considering no one else noticed.
I'm just now noticing it.
Ocd has entered the chat
I wasn’t able to see it, which wall is it on?
Donut plains 3 had didferent gimmicks but this is just mario circuit 3 with no changes 💀
The drifting is way too clean 💦🔥
what's wrong with that?

Am i the only one who faintly hears dogs barking at the very beginning?
Love the song on this one!
Yes
It´s mario circuit
Again.

I dunno if I like this course or hate it... it just is... the song is iconic though
Why this course? What's wrong with 4?
Nintendo be wierd

The person the were making the booster course track has a serious case of Tetraphobia
That’s what I’m asking, Frankie
I know should’ve been 4
Mario Circuit 3 from Super Mario Kart
How is this the most recurring track in the entire series (tied with Snes Rainbow Road), I'll never know....
What did you use to record the footage?
I think it’s called a capture card

it's not in mario kart tour. and now it's not gonna be in mario kart tour any time soon.
Am I the only one who thinks this circuit is similar to Jerez de La Frontera?
Should've picked Mario circuit 1 as it is the very first track in Mario Kart ever.
That’s such a boring track tho.
@@tjlnintendo I fell like I don't want Vanila Lake to end up like this track if it was in the DLC later in Wave 5
@tjlnintendo and this one isn’t?
@@mimikyutubesaltaccount4875
Much better than circuit 1. I would prefer circuit 2. That was the most interesting one.
@@tjlnintendo maybe, but IIRC it was already remade for 7, I’d prefer if they brought back Circuit 4
SNES SUPER MARIO KART 1992
Weird choice by Nintendo.
The first circuit is way more enjoyable.
i hate this course i dont know how to drift through the tight turns so im watching this lol
WHY NOT MARIO CIRCUIT 4
It would be hard on 200cc
'Cause it didn't make it to Tour.
^ The only correct answer. :)

Me a Mario Circuit 2 stan :/
Thanks, Nintendo, I hate it.
