With a downpipe and 1 ECU tune you can get It around 350-370hp. My neighbours Golf 7R Is currently pushing 430Hp and soon he's gonna do some more mods and gonna reach 500hp and 0-60mph (0-100kmh) in 2.9
He has well over 10K spent In It Including visual modifications like New Rims and etc.

@@itry_mash8261 You can make It to 350-360HP with a big turbo *or* you could do a lot of different modifications all together like; better Intercooler, downpipe Install, ECU chip tune, new exhaust (miltek or akrapovic) and etc.
If want the exhaust to have pops and bangs that can be done In a local ECU chip tuner.
I don't know If there are any APR, ABT tuners In Africa but If there are you could just hand over the car to them and chose betwen stage 2 or 3.
@@itry_mash8261 You are just our neighbour, I believe you visit South Africa sometimes. Visit RGM (RG Motorsports) in Randburg, Johannesburg. They did my MK6 GTI Edition 35, was happy with it without any issues for the entire 4 years until I sold it and moved on...

TDI are very powerful would’ve taken off quickly. As for a TSI, the take off is quicker for a second but then declines as for opposite when it comes to a TDI, take off takes a second but then will pass you up quickly- much more power. Ether way they’re both nice TDI or TSI!! From my observance!

I like Golf's but for god sake, fit exhausts that are actually suitable for the engine, not multiple, huge, tips on a four banger. Most of them sounded terrible.

Couldn't find a gti in any other color than white or black in my area. The only one with a stick was black.
The R did better against the Lambo than I thought it would... but the Audi R8 cleaned the R's clock, and then ate it's lunch on top of it all!
Still... the VW GTI/R are my all-time favorite rides... above all else! Although, not real happy with VW's decisions since the Mk8, nor their recent exorbitant prices either... new or used! Actually, used prices for GTI's and R's are especially ridiculous now.

Nothing wrong with seeing how fast your car is against other types of cars. To me thats more interesting than seeing two millionaires racing their too evenly matched supercars against each other. 99.9% of us cant afford an aventador but a good % can afford say a reasonably fast car and then mod it. Whats wrong with seeing the comparison then?
