Som na FS Vranovcan hrdý , vždy si spomeniem na môjho otecka ,bol muzika ntom*Kontra* a bol skvelý aj ako človek ako aj hudobník* Laci Červeňák* ČAKLOV.
Can somebody explain why the girls are wearing these costumes during a gypsy choreography? Which gypsy woman was ever rich enough to afford a costume like that? Or would have a skirt that short? Doesn’t make a lot of sense...
because it's a choreography of slovak women dancing with gypsy men (gypsy musicians) from zemplín region

those girls are not a gypsy girls but let say- white girls. Specificity of this dance is that was danced by gypsy musician and white woman ( dance comes from Secovska Polianka, Eastern Slovakia). Woman had her own traditional costume as you can see and gypsy musician has only throusers and shirt :) Hope that my explanation brought some light to your question.

MrVictorPhineas This dance is part of their show called Čierno-biely svet - Black and white world... One great program about white girl and gypsy boy that fall in love for each other, the show is full of incredible dances and singing... Also the musicians are awesome! :)
