- How to get to my mobile ticketmaster tickets. My personal experience after going to see the Tool concert at The United Center when the ticketmaster app failed on me.

I hate that all of these jerk-ass companies try to coerce you into loading their app so they can track you. Yes, if you don't go to a lot of shows, I say just use the browser. I understand that with PDFs people can duplicate and then someone isn't going to get into the show on the day and TM are trying to avoid those situations. Still, TM sucks all around

I had same issue for weeks now, tried everything, nothing work. The App works on my Samsung table but not on my Samsung phone , just stop working out of nowhere in the last couple weeks. I did try to load in the official website like you showed and it works. Thank you very much for sharing. I always tried to add into my wallet cause i dont want to be atuck if i can't use the app, but can't even open the App to add the ticket to wallet is a pain as well. Maybe we all need to consider to go back to the old way, paper tickets instead. 😅
Hi Sandra, I am so glad this video helped you out. I can remember how incredibly frustrating it was for me. I completely agree, the old way was better and easier, you got physical paper and that was tangible and worked. Thanks for sharing your experience and let's hope things get better with these apps.

Do you think there could be a scaam or conspiracy involved in this process at Ticket master, They are being investigated by the U.S. Justice department.
This season they've implemented a form
IRS 1099K For season ticket holders that sell their tickets on Ticketmaster amouting to $600+ for the 2022 nfl season As if NFL season ticket holders are profiting as a business entity!??
Most fans, like myself, Sell their tickes Because of +3 YEARS OF COVID- 19...STILL ONGOING, games they can't attend or don't want to attend!
We, the NFL fans have to pay the NFL franchises for those tickets, they are not free by any means.
Please help me help the fans get this out there I'M ALL IN Or conspiracy

That actually worked. My app told me that it was unable to connect, to try again later. Opening chrome and then going to Ticketmaster worked for me the first try.

It let's me log into my account and under event the tickets are there but on my email it says click to accept but it keeps saying error I dunno

Thanks, yes accessing from browser always a good backup. My ticketmaster app crashes when trying to view the ticket scan code. Fix your stuff Ticketmaster.
Hi Brian, yes I agree, they need to do a better job at this. Imagine how frustrating for older folks who hardly use phones and they make it so darn hard to do something simple

What about if you bought the tickets, but you didn’t make an account?
You should be able to get it thru an email or call Ticketmaster. Wish I could help you more but Ticketmaster has had many issues with this ticket thing
No luck either way for me. It will work on the PC, but not my phone, but the problem is my phone is the fucking ticket! So frustrated!
Did you try it using Chrome browser on your phone??

the only thing i needed to do differently, was to type in a different email address, then go back and type in the actual account address and it worked.

Hi, the only thing I can say is that you are going to have to go on a PC computer and try to log in. Create and account then once you have the password try to go back on the phone
I've been running into that kind of thing as well...with other apps...like my bank! lol I switched everything to the web browser on the phone and ditched all the apps... Getting reay to do the same with the email! lol Maybe it's because our screen protectors both look like a spider web...lol

I don't see a barcode I have a barcode number though in the reference of the description of it
Did you ever receive your mobile ticket with the barcode? If so, how long did it take after you purchased your ticket?
It said three days before the event they will send me a message I'm guessing that's with the QR code but Anna venue do they still enter a barcode number if they don't send you a QR code for scanning
Can we just go back to paper tickets please.
I agree, that was way better. This whole system they got is amazingly frustrating
