Finally! I’ve been on this for awhile, the last few years of our Infertility journey! We began with It Starts with the Egg. Great book y’all! Cleaning products are a bigger risk than most think. I tried telling others but I’m a simple Jane. Maybe now people will listen because it’s coming from a Dr.! Thank you!!

I think you covered some of these in episode 11 but tuning in cause it’s always good info
I remember listening to episode 11 going home throwing away all my plastic cups and all my plastic dishes going to the store and getting glass ones because that alone was terrifying

Everyone needs to read this article/watch this video. It's such a great summary. Also so happy to see you mentioning Dr Shanna Swan and her work! really terrifying stuff that I feel like not enough people talk about.

Thanks for sharing doc! I think it’s weird that dental amalgams weren’t considered as much as fish since this can also pose a risk for mercury exposure. Fire retardants are also used for bedding (including crib mattresses) so this can be an additional exposure once the baby is born. Fortunately, better alternatives are available for both of these!

This is what my husband and I are concerned about. We live in a home right now that grows dark mold. We are in the process of building a house, so we will be out soon. My husband has just been diagnosed with severe tertoozoospermia. We have been trying for a year with no luck. Not sure if the mold could be a contributing factor. He also vapes horribly. Any advice is appreciated
