  • Do you lose volume when switching presets or snapshots, and the volume comes back when you move the pedal? If so, this video explains why that happens and how to fix it.

Great video man. This was causing me a lot of issue during worship services and this fixes it. Thank you!

Oh my God. This happened to me on a gig a few nights ago. I was so terrified my helix could be broken. Thank you so much.

my god this just happened to me last weekend at a gig, I just turned the block off for a quick fix. I'd rather have it at a global setting myself as well.

hello, I want to ask friends here. Why does my Line 6 Helix LT experience intermittent sound (no sound even comes out) when the effect is first turned on? However, after 10 minutes the sound returned to normal. does anyone know?

If you want to have an instant "money for nothing" guitar sound, then this setting is good for you. I have a song where I need to quickly change between two sounds with the nasal wah, that I can start adjusting as the song progresses. So I saved the preset in that in-between position. Helix has a lot of settings, and probably too many unneeded-for-most-people settings.

I use my 1/4” Helix headphone into a personal monitor mixer into my earbuds.
There is a reoccurring dropout in signal strength where I loose signal strength in my ears.
Its weird because at set up, my ears sound great. About fifteen minutes into a rehearsal the signal drops out.
When try to dial in more signal at the Helix my earbuds clip.
i have tried various Global Line & Instrument settings with no resolve.
    Any ideas?
Trying to protect what remains of the hearing I have left.

It honestly sounds like ear fatigue to me. If so, a 'better sealing' pair of earbuds, and a lower volume from the personal mixer, would be the solution. inspiringheadphones.com/what-is-ear-fatigue-and-how-to-prevent-it
