I enjoy watching your videos. Looking to eventually buy a co-op one bedroom apartment looking at Rego Park which is an area that I really do like. I am interested in perhaps Park City Estate/Park City 3&4 buildings. Any feedback on this area would be appreciated.

Hi P.L.A., thanks for watching our videos! Rego Park is great, and Park City is a good development. Keep saving for your down payment and let us know when you’re ready to start looking. Keep in mind that the minimum down payment for Park City is 20% but the minimum down payment for a house is 3.5% so when the time comes, you should get pre-approved for a coop and for a house, that way you can see what you’re able to afford for both types.
