TF2 has had a cheater infestation issue (of the completely-automated account kind) in the casual gamemode for a while now, and roughly a year and a half ago this is the song they would spam over the microphone while flooding and ruining lobbies.
You can tell most of the people commenting are stereotypical blacks or children. They won't know good music if it jumped onto their face and jizzed in their mouth. Deal w/ it, kids.
