As a professional tire repairman what they did looks solid however id never trust it i wouldnt even be willing to put that tire under pressure just an accident waiting to happen as that type of tire burst was from a tire failure..... if it failed once its gonna fail again no matter how which way you (repair it) all they did was layer and cover up the failure which doesnt fix the failure
