So glad to see more of these group panels. If you ever you need a male ESFJ for future panels, I'm here for you. Learned so much from these wonderful ESFP people 🤗
I am colleagues with an ESFP classroom Special Education teacher who enjoys her job so much because it's different everyday. She likes how she can plan strategically, but ready to be spontaneous or "on the go" if the classroom dynamic changes. She's one of the best teachers in our school. Her classroom has so many fun activities to do and is well decorated and esthetically pleasing to the eye!

This panel was great. I'm hoping the standard ESFP descriptions and type advice are eventually rewritten to reflect more of what was said in this panel instead of the current stereotype.

Kiki is 100% what I've personally encountered, think, and approach things - rather lack of approach because things come to us.
Not trying to fit into a box is huge. Yes, we have to find things in our own way. Personally, I have major ups and downs of Wins! But the down is feeling useless as I can't do something well enough.
I also resonate with how I don't think anything has and will quite fit. The closest I can get possibly would to start my own business. But what business?
I think consulting would be the best. Short bursts of intense concentration, you're hired to be optimistic and helpful, and you have to talk to a lot of people. We KNOW nothing will be 100% perfect, but for some reason, we always believe there could be LOL.
    Good Luck ESFP fam 💙

Thanks for this video! My sister is an ESFP who struggles with many of these same issues, so I'll be forwarding this to her :)

So nice interview. I really like the last part around not having to feel shame because of our explorative nature✨ Much love💛

I kinda just accepted that restaurants are my natural fit. Quick, loud, stimulating, and it really does feel like performance art a lot of the time. There’s a small team of unique individuals who I have plenty of time to speak with one on one or in small groups. And if you’re like me and love to go on the occasional Se-Te binge, there’s almost always an outlet
Also being smart ≠ doing well in school. There are a limitless number of reasons why a person could have performed poorly in school. People just think ESFPs are dumb because they see it as the opposite of the INTJ which is stereotyped as the big brain in mbti. It’s total nonsense that probably only started once the system made its way into Internet forums over the past few decades
